Why do you need an integrated shaft, because you need to minimize the eccentric rotation of the gear due to assembly, resulting in uneven extrusion of the filament, so we made an integrated gear.
The deceleration gear is directly processed by Pom, the gear runout is less than 0.02, and the extreme hollowing is carried out to reduce the weight, but the strength of the gear itself is also guaranteed.
We also made a hollow front cover for CW2. When you choose our hollow CW2 extruder bracket, maybe you want the front cover to be lightweight, so we made this version of the front cover, which is printed using DLP light curing Sanding the spray paint gives it a texture that simply printing cannot bring. We use high-temperature light-curing materials, so they can withstand high temperatures of 180 degrees Celsius.
