Melt extrusion printers emit volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during operation, particularly when printing with high-temperature materials such as ABS, PC, and PA. These materials generate higher levels of VOCs due to their elevated melting temperatures. In comparison, lower-temperature materials like PLA produce significantly fewer VOCs. To mitigate these emissions, our activated carbon air filter efficiently captures and adsorbs VOCs.

Replacement Steps:
Detach the plastic cover.
Gently remove the used carbon filter.
Insert the new carbon filter into place.
Secure the plastic cover back on.
