Standard Version Without Coating:
The SF hot end nozzle is designed to be replaceable, which reduces operating costs. Customers can continue to use the quick-release hot end without interrupting printing operations, but the nozzle can also be replaced after removal, which reduces costs. The nozzle is made of hardened steel, which is very durable and more suitable for printing carbon fiber materials. The HF hot end cannot replace the nozzle due to its high-flow design, so if the nozzle is damaged, the hot end needs to be replaced directly.
ANC-Coat Non-Stick Coating:
It has the same size as the original hotend and can be installed directly without any modification.The nozzle is made of precision-machined hardened steel, with high nozzle diameter accuracy and an inner surface finish of less than 0.4μm. It provides smoother filament flow and helps reduce the risk of clogging.
The nozzle surface is coated with ANC-Coat non-stick coating, which helps prevent melted filament from sticking to the nozzle. This reduces material buildup, dragging, and blobs during printing, improving the surface quality of printed parts.
With high coating hardness of 60+, this hotend is suitable for abrasive materials such as carbon fiber and glass fiber filaments. It is also especially effective for high-viscosity materials like PETG.
The hotend comes with a high-quality heat-resistant silicone sock, with a maximum temperature resistance of 300°C. The seamless high-polish throat tube allows filament to feed smoothly into the nozzle and improves printing stability.
The ANC Coat non stick coating hot end cannot replace the nozzle, so if the nozzle is damaged, the hot end must be replaced directly.

Compatible Materials

Note that the coating may wear off over time, but even after the coating wears off, it can still be used as a normal hardened steel nozzle hot end without any problems.
