1Description
V1.2 modified the distance between extrusion teeth according to the customer's suggestions, and adjusted the inside of the extruder to increase the extrusion force.
NF sunrise transmission ratio is 5:1, the distance from the extrusion gear to the nozzle is very short, and the weight is very light. Combined with the high-precision cnc extrusion gear, making the extruder more powerful and precise extrusion the filament to reduce clogging and cause printing failure.

The fine adjustment of the inner filament hole makes the extrusion smoother.

The body material is aluminum. The special design hollows out all the extra parts, which reduces the weight and has a strong heat dissipation function.It can dissipate the motor and improve the stability of the extruder.

The customized ldo high temperature 36mm motor reduces heat generation while maintaining sufficient torque.

The overall lightweight design of the extruder reduces the burden of short-range printing by the 3D printer, and improves the printing quality and printing speed.

The newly designed material release structure makes it easier to replace the filament.

Two mounting hole methods are provided, one can be directly mounted to the Ender series machine, and the other requires the design of a triangular hole bracket.
